Another damp week, certainly the early part of it, and the water levels have continued to rise and just about maintain a parallel track with the 8-year average. The water level is now where we would expect it to be around the 1st January of the average year.
Other than the odd shower today and again towards the end of next week, there seems to be little prospect of heavy and continuous rain. That trend seems to be set to continue over the next few weeks. Temperatures seem set to be at, or slightly above average, until early February.
